Adu Rando was appointed to the Nile Breweries board of directors in March 2023 following his appointment to as the Country Director in Jan 2023.
He is a Global Executive with a strong Sales, Commercial, and International Business background and over 20 years of experience in the beer industry, having worked in Brazil, China, and Tanzania prior to coming to Uganda.
Rando is an inclusive and engaging leader, who strives for simplicity and pragmatism. In his previous role as Route to Market Director for Greater Africa, Rando led several Sales and Distribution improvement projects in 6 countries, most noticeably the implementation of BEES, the global digital order-taking app of Nile Breweries’ parent company AB InBev, digitizing order-taking and customer service in these markets in Uganda and Tanzania.
A native of Brazil and a sports enthusiast, Rando spent his youth as a professional volleyball player, where he served the highly ranked Brazilian Junior National team. He strives to accelerate positive change through Nile Breweries and deliver on the company’s promise to ensure a FUTURE WITH MORE CHEERS.

Eunice was appointed as director on June 1st 2023.
She is a highly accomplished Finance Executive with extensive 20 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector. With her exceptional financial acumen and strong leadership skills, she has played various roles at Nile Breweries Ltd, Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda, Rwenzori Bottling Company and World Vision International. Eunice is also known for her strategic approach to financial planning and analysis, guiding the company towards profitable growth.
Eunice approaches challenges with great enthusiasm and delivers great quality for both Finance and the Country. She also has great collaboration and teamwork with an amazing "can-do "mentality. Her key priorities and focus points include entrenching a cost management culture in the organization while working and winning with teams.
Outside of work, Eunice enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, and staying active. She believes in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and is committed to continuous personal and professional development.

Emmanuel Njuki is the Head of Legal &Corporate Affairs at Nile Breweries. He is a communications and public affairs professional with over 18 years of experience covering financial services and energy sectors. He has demonstrated experience in building and maintaining organisational reputation, strategic stakeholder relations, planning, and executing sustainability initiatives as well as crisis management.
Before joining Nile Breweries, Emmanuel was the Corporate Affairs manager at Eskom Uganda where he supported the company navigate a successful end to its 20-year concession and smooth handover of the operations and maintenance of Uganda’s two key hydropower stations, Nalubaale and Kiira back to the government of Uganda.

Allan is an award-winning, seasoned technology executive with over ten years of experience in creating business value out of technology.
Allan is currently the Country Solutions Lead at Nile Breweries Limited. He has been leading the business’s digital transformation agenda in Uganda since 2022.
Having joined Nile Breweries in 2021, Allan led the country to win the fastest Business 2 Business(B2B) e-commerce app adoption and the best performance across all the AB-InBev markets.
Prior to joining Nile Breweries, Allan was a banker. He was the Group Head of Technology at Guaranty Trust Bank (U) Ltd., leading the bank's digital transformation. He was part of the management team that led the bank to its first profitable year since coming to the Uganda market. While there, he also led the Tech team to win the URA 2020 Best Digital Bank Award.

Brenda is a Supply Chain Professional with over 12 years of experience in FMCGs. She has demonstrated experience in Supply management, Statistical forecasting, Demand management, S &OP planning and inventory management.
She is a positive driven individual with passion to pursue excellence and continuous improvement within the Supply Chain field. Brenda is also driven towards maintaining great relationships with all stakeholders aimed at achieving desired results.

Martha Nalubega is a highly motivated Human Resources practitioner who possesses a wealth of knowledge in various areas, including people management, talent attraction, development and retention, budgeting, resource management, coaching, and counseling, among others. Over her 14 years with AB Inbev, she has acquired essential leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and mediation skills which enhance her ability to implement Human Resource practices.
Regarding her personal characteristics, Martha's relentless pursuit of excellence drives her to continuously seek improvement, and she steadfastly refuses to accept anything less than the best. Outside of work, Martha's hobbies encompass reading, traveling, and relishing the joy of indulging in cake.

Hillary is currently the Country Logistics Lead at Nile Breweries Limited, a role he has served in since November 2022. Prior to this role Hillary served as the Country head of Procurement where he harnessed great cost competitive edge for the business, driving resilience and growth.
Having joined Nile Breweries in 2010, as part of the Technical Team that commissioned the Maltings Plant, he later joined the Team that commissioned Mbarara Plant, served in areas of Cost Accounting, Production Planning, Financial Reporting as a Planning and Performance Manager for the business.
Hillary strives to create a highly efficient, productive and Customer centric supply chain model that is hinged on growth and Sustainability.

He is a dedicated and experienced leader with over 15 years of expertise in lean manufacturing, and operations management, and a proven history of implementing transformational strategies for business units. His skillset encompasses project management, total quality management, strategic problem-solving, and comprehensive cost and budget management.
Ashir excels in interpersonal relations and is known for his self-motivation, ambition, and a wealth of cultural insights, garnered from his experience working in dynamic environments. His journey within the organization is noteworthy, having started as a process artisan and swiftly progressing through roles such as Packaging Engineer, Packaging Manager, Manufacturing Development Manager, Operations Readiness Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Country Manager across our operations in South Sudan, Nigeria, and Uganda.
Currently, Ashir leads the dedicated team at our heritage brewery located at the source of the Nile. His leadership has resulted in an impressive track record, including the attainment of over 23 Monde Beer Selection Golden Medal awards for our flagship Nile Special Lager. He has also substantially increased plant volume by double digits over the past five years.
